The design was guided by the unique features of the site, aiming to maximize the number of apartments with nature views while addressing the site’s isolated location. An existing drainage swale will be transformed into a landscaped canal, becoming the vibrant heart of the new neighborhood. Building height and density are higher near the canal, while the existing pond to the south remains preserved in its natural state. Open spaces between buildings will be planted with trees, creating a lush, green environment. Thoughtful placement of buildings and water-green zones ensures unique views from every apartment. The new road network improves navigation for both pedestrians and drivers, reducing transit and service traffic through the district’s center.
