A key pedestrian axis connects the site to the Muchaviec River promenade, forming a green corridor for walking and cycling toward a nearby park. A Ferris wheel serves as a visual landmark, with a kindergarten positioned as part of green area. A small commercial plaza with convenient transport access is located near Famina Street.
