The ISPAH (Integrated Spatial Planning for Combined Hromadas) program aims to apply European experience in urban and regional development and to adapt methods within the framework of decentralization reforms. The program was created by the independent educational school CANactions School for Urbanism.
The initial stage was a comprehensive analysis. Studying the potentials and obstacles to the spatial development region. The key step was to develop concepts of spatial development – a supporting document, in the next 10-15 years. Based on concept spatial development of pilot projects prototype development projects (infrastructure facilities, public
space, local stocks, and initiative) that can be used to attract investment and guide future development of the territories.
