The territory of the complex is about 6.5 hectares. This area is equal to the size of a small park. Therefore, the idea was to create a small park right inside the yard.

The main principles for the inner spaces of the quarter were: to create a close yard without cars, to improve public functions of the first floors,  to protect the yard from the main street noise.

Public spaces are strung like beads on the alley: recreation areas, mini garden, children’s and sports grounds.  Some features which are quite new for Belarus were included in the project: outdoor offices, rainwater seepage systems, water-bound path surfaces, and eco-gardens.
