Melodii Lesa

The “Melodii Lesa” quarter, part of the “Zelenaya Gavan” project, embodies a lifestyle harmonizing nature with urban comfort, blending city living and ecological balance. The 4th quarter realizes a “city within nature” concept, preserving existing trees and organizing spaces into quiet courtyards and lively green corridors.

The difference between the building’s ground floor elevation and the existing vegetation’s height creates natural “pedestals,” forming unique landform zones throughout the project. Courtyards become tranquil retreats that extend apartment comfort outdoors, fostering a peaceful, nature-connected atmosphere. Meanwhile, vibrant zones with playgrounds, workout areas, and BBQ spots are located in forest corridors, natural pathways that connect the entire quarter and encourage community interaction.

Proximity to the Sciklieva biological reserve enriches biodiversity, prompting the creation of small protected nature zones. Green corridors are thoughtfully designed to blend into the ecosystem, offering residents direct access to wildlife right outside their homes.

Paths and walkways adapt to the terrain, winding naturally between trees to emphasize the forest ambiance. Each quarter’s central area acts as a communal heart, uniting residents, while traffic is kept outside to ensure child safety.

“Melodii Lesa” is more than housing; it is an innovative urban-natural environment setting a new standard for living in harmony with nature and community.
