The new residential complex in central Minsk will cover about 7 hectares on the historic site of a 1925 tram depot. Although the original depot buildings couldn’t be preserved, the design incorporates elements that honor the site’s history. The project features multiple courtyards serving as peaceful urban oases, with human-scaled recreational spaces and design details reinterpret industrial heritage across the complex. Phase 1 has already been completed, and construction is currently underway on the next phases.
